Description
SGC Security Services is seeking experienced and professional Security Cleared (MPS NPPV) SIA Officers to join our dedicated team. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of employees, premises, and property across high-profile sites in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and protect premises, employees, and visitors.
- Assist in deterring anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.
- Conduct regular patrols and provide detailed incident reports.
- Interact professionally with the general public and Security Cleared personnel.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a high level of vigilance.
Requirements
- SIA Licence: Valid Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a security role.
- Vetting: Applicants must either be already Security Cleared (MPS NPPV) or willing to undergo vetting, which can take up to three months.
- Personal Qualities: Polite, well-presented, well-spoken, and assertive.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and customer care skills with a solid understanding of the security industry.

Pay: £12.85 per hour (London Living Wage)
Shift Patterns: 12-hour shifts (days and nights, rotating shift patterns)
Clearance Requirement: MPS NPPV (Metropolitan Police Service Non-Police Personnel Vetting) clearance required.
