Once we had been appointed to supply services on these prestigious projects, we adopted our tried and tested 9 step mobilisation plan. Throughout the mobilisation we met many challenges from incumbent contractors through to the high-profile nature of the project. The Senior Management Team, in conjunction with the Management Team from the client, started out with the right attitude of “True Partnership” with the sole aim of getting things done. As a result, we were able to deliver our services effectively and efficiently by the following methods:
Sector based experts – Our team of experienced professionals knew how to best secure the client’s assets, and after carrying out site audits began to make many recommendations to improve site security and safety.
Flexibility – Due to our policy of directly employing Officers we have a large resource pool available to cater for regular last-minute changes and risk profiling.
Local labour – Almost all our staff are local, which provides a high degree of knowledge of the surrounding area. Also we carried out a TUPE transfer of 21 Security staff from the incumbent company.
Highly trained and experienced – Our staff are trained to the highest standard to ensure that they deliver the service that clients require. They are supported by our Security and safety programme, which focuses on our workforce talent. This has been supported by onsite training and bespoke site E-learning training and inductions.
This process is managed by our dedicated management team and supervisors, using appropriate technology and supported by the required SGC Security Services representatives.
