Since 2006 SGC Security Services have been delivering Security services in partnership with its clients both in the UK and Internationally. Delivering accredited solutions in Manned Guarding, Crowd Safety, Close Protection, Keyholding & Mobile Patrols as well as accredited Training provisions in a classroom environment and online.

We deliver service excellence where the protection of people, assets, and the environment are at the core of what we do whilst promoting the wellbeing and development of our teams.

We carry out these solutions in line with the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme an accreditation we have held since its inception; we are ranked within the top 10% of all SIA ACS Security companies.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the Security industry, he has represented many clients both within the UK and Internationally and has vast experience in Manned Guarding, Crowd Safety, Loss Prevention, Training, and Close Protection.  Paul cares greatly about his staff and the Security industry in general and currently acts as Lead for the SIA for the South East of England which is a volunteer role. Paul is a lifelong Spurs Fan and completed a career-high when SGC Security Services were awarded a Crowd Safety contract at the prestigious new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Steve has over 35 years of experience in the security industry and has worked in security since 1984 when he joined the RAF Regiment. He has over 30 years of experience as a management professional including managing operational and business development teams. Steve heads up our Business Development team and is responsible for the Sales & Marketing at SGC Security Services.  In his spare time, Steve plays Basketball, likes to walk up mountains, and follows the best team in the land Liverpool FC

Peter has been in the Security industry for over 10 years and has been a member of the SGC team since 2015, starting out as a Contracts Manager before recently being promoted to National Operations Manager. This is a role that suits his management style as Peter leads by example and uses his wealth of experience to train and motivate the team of Officers to match his exacting standards.  He is passionate about Officer welfare and getting the job done right the first time ensuring that service excellence is a standard to all SGC’s clients. Peter is a lifelong West Ham supporter and enjoys some playful banter with Paul over who is London’s best team

Anthony has been a member of the SGC Security Services family since 2013 starting off onsite as an Officer and working his way up to Portfolio Manager looking after a selection of our long-term clients.  Anthony’s attention to detail has led to his role within the company extending to looking after our compliance both for our annual ACS and ISO Audits and for ensuring our supply chain conforms to all current legislation within our industry.  Anthony has a love of reptiles and spiders and has a varied collection at home that help him relax after a tough day.

Louise has been involved in the Security industry for 18 years specialising in Crowd Safety, during that time Louise has developed her skills and for the last 14 years has has trained and been deployed as a medic working Films sets and large events across the UK.  Louise has  a passion for training and is qualified in training First Aid, SIA Door Supervision, Health & Safety and Life guarding. Currently Louise is heading up SGC Medical Services and is assisting SGC Security Services clients providing onsite medical support and Covid testing services.  Louise has a love of animals especially Horses and in her spare time spends as much time around animals as she can.

Jeff has been a mainstay of SGC Security Services for over 15 years and heads up the accounts department at SGC Security Services. Jeff along with his accounts team manages the complex payment terms that many of our clients require us to adhere to and ensure that our debtor’s days and cash flow is kept on top of. Jeff compiles management reports for the Senior Management team to review as well as compiling quarterly and end-of-year accounts. Jeff is a  “Gooner” and joins in with Paul and Peter in the debate of who is the best team in London.

Laura has been a valuable member of the team for over two years. She uses her vast experience in people development to assist the HR Team in finding and developing the team of Officers the operations team needs to fulfill and deliver service excellence to SGC’s clients. Laura prides herself on finding the right Officers quickly and efficiently, meaning that SGC Security Services directly employ the majority of its Officers, allowing the operations team to maintain standards that are the envy of many of SGC’s competitors. Laura is the proud mum of two children and Errol the French bulldog, who takes up most of her time when she is not at work finding the right Officers for SGC’s clients.

Louise has been a supervisor at SGC since 2019, Louise started as an Officer but very quickly demonstrated her ability and dedication and was promoted to a supervisory role. Louise is currently a supervisor at one of our NHS sites where she manages the day-to-day delivery of the services liaising with the Trust, the Team on the Ground, and the Control room back at Head Office. Louise’s dedication to her role has seen her and her team pick numerous awards at the Trust.

Phil has over 35 years in training and development working as Senior Manager, Assessor, and Verifier working both in the public and private sectors. Phil has worked in the Security industry both in a hands-on role as a Head Door supervisor but also a trainer and mentor assisting unemployed candidates gain employment and start a career in the Security Industry.

Apart from training and development, Phil’s other passion is teaching Self-Defense and Phil has been teaching Self-defense around the globe since 1979.

James has over 20 years of Security experience within the public and private sectors. James has worked within the retail and commercial sectors adopting a hands-on approach working his way up to Operations Manager within the Security industry managing some major blue-chip clients.

In his spare time James enjoys playing football and has recently taken up long-distance running, he is also a lifelong Manchester United fan and has enjoyed the friendly banter at SGC Security Services, claiming Manchester United is the best premiership football team.
