Contracts Manager – South East

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile corporate accounts throughout the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can lead service excellence and ensure an outstanding client experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of contracts within the manned guarding sector from retail, commercial, key holding and mobile patrols.
  • A successful track record in customer relationship management
  • Working knowledge of the security sector
  • Valid frontline SIA licence (DS or CP)
  • Extensive experience within the Security industry
  • Carry out site visits and staff onsite welfare checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to maximise client satisfaction
  • Lead and support teams across the region to ensure high performance and service delivery
  • Conduct regular client meetings across accounts to ensure engagement and contract compliance
  • Manage the mobilisation of new contracts and operational transitions
  • Undertake staff appraisals and address HR/disciplinary matters when required
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of regional staff

Hours: 50 hours per week flexible Monday to Sunday

Location: Head Office/Remote Site Based
