Since we signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2017, our team has built strong relationships with reservists, veterans, and military families. This recognition highlights our dedication to creating opportunities for reservists, veterans, and military families. We employ reservists, veterans, and military spouses, and we make sure everyone knows about our inclusive policies.

Offer flexible working for reservists
Support military spouses and families with job opportunities
Actively recruit veterans and service leavers

Additionally, we partner with Forces Families Jobs and Forces Employment Charity. As a result, military families and veterans can access meaningful roles with us.

Raising Awareness and Community Engagement

We keep both our current employees and new candidates informed about our Armed Forces policies.

Run social media campaigns for Armed Forces Day and Remembrance Sunday
Provide volunteer days for military charities and cadet organisations

Furthermore, we support our Southend-on-Sea Reservist Unit colleague, who dedicates over 100 days a year to military service. Thanks to our flexible employment, she can fulfil her commitments with confidence.
