This Training Course is ideally designed for individuals whose operational roles require them to use mechanical restraints as a primary means of restraint.
This 1-day course covers all of the required knowledge to be able to use handcuffs safely, this includes understanding the different forms of mechanical restraints, legislation relevant to the role, safe working practices, importance of reporting incidents and to be able to safely apply and remove handcuffs and other mechanical restraints.
Attendees must already have a valid Door Supervisor SIA license.
