Paul Macarthur, founder of SGC Security Services, has dedicated over 30 years to the security industry. His leadership, vision, and hands-on approach have shaped the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

A Career Built on Experience

Paul began his career in security more than three decades ago. Throughout this time, he has managed major events, worked with public sector clients, and developed best practices for crowd safety and risk management.
 
His experience includes:
