SGC Security Services have been shortlisted for the prestigious NHS Security Team of the year award at this years National Association for Healthcare Security Awards to be held in Birmingham in November.

The team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital have been shortlisted  alongside the team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board that support them on a daily basis.

The team of Officers at Wrexham were shortlisted for the work they carry out everyday keeping Patients, Visitors and Staff safe and for some of the situations that they have had to deal with that were above and beyond what is normally expected of anyone working as Security Officer.

It is important to note that the team at Wrexham are one of many NHS Security Officer teams, that work for SGC, across the UK. All of whom go above and beyond what is expected of them daily.

So this nomination and shortlist is for you all …. well done every one of you!
